LEWDcrate — and a note on declined payments!

Your successful Patreon pledge ($10+) gives you access all month long to LEWDcrate, my 4-gigabyte archive of NSFW comics and illos — plus the complete Evil Inc archive since 2016… in full-page format!

Declined payments

Patreon seems to have had a higher-than-usual number of declined payments — again — this month. Patreon has traced the increased declines back to upgrades required by one of their processing partners. Patrons might see some payments declined while changes take effect.

If your payment was declined, follow these steps:

  • Contact your card issuer to confirm the charge is valid and retry that card
  • If the retry does not work, try a different payment method. You can edit your payments in their Settings, under Billing History
  • You may need to contact Patreon Support to get this straightened out. I know that’s a pain, but I’m asking you to do it anyway. They need to understand the scope of the problem, and for that to happen, they need to hear from disappointed users.

Once you have access again, get in touch with me so I can make sure you get any exclusive content that you may have missed.

How to get your reward

If you log into Patreon, you should see a little word-balloon icon when you sign in to Patreon.

  • On a desktop computer, it should appear along the top (as shown above)
  • If you, too, are a Patreon creator, you’ll see it in your dashboard along the left-hand corner of your screen
  • On the Patreon app, you’ll see the word-balloon icon along the bottom of your screen

It should indicate you have a new message! That message will contain all of your Dropbox links for this month. If you enabled e-mail notifications from Patreon, you will receive an e-mail as well! I strongly recommend this!

“Hey! I didn’t get a message!”

That happens sometimes — especially if your card was declined or if a payment hasn’t gone through yet. If that happens to you, please update your card info, complete the payment and contact me. I’ll happily send you the links at that time!
